By accessing and using this website you agree to make legally valid inquiries and orders and not to place any false or fraudulent orders. We will be authorized to cancel the order in the event of any reasonable doubt of fraud or misuse.
Any order placed on www.anclademar.com is subject to the availability of the products that make up it. If there is any problem in the supply of these products or there is a lack of stock, we will proceed to the return of any amount paid.
To place an order you must follow all the steps until the payment is made. Once the payment has been made, the confirmation of your order will appear on the screen and you will receive an email with the details of the same.
Once the payment has been made you will not be able to modify the order so to make any variation on it you must contact us by email or phone.
Your order will be shipped to the address indicated during the purchase within the period indicated during the same, unless the order includes customized products.
In the event of unforeseen or exceptional events or circumstances of major cause that prevent delivery within the indicated deadlines, we will propose a new delivery date without thereby referred responsibilities for ANCLADEMAR.
The order shall be deemed delivered at the time when you or a third party designated by you to sign the receipt of the order at the agreed address and therefore acquire ownership of the products that make up it.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices associated with each product may change at any time, which will not affect orders already placed.
To make the payment you must follow the steps indicated in the purchase process, filling in or checking the requested information at any time.
You can make the payment through the following means: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
By making the payment, you are confirming that the card used is yours.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if the credit card does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into any contract with you.
ANCLADEMAR gives you the opportunity to make any return within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order*. The credit will be made in the same means used for the purchase as soon as the return is received in ANCLADEMAR.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, with all labels and in their original packaging.
* Changes and returns of custom items will not be accepted.
To request a return, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and details of the buyer as well as the items you wish to return. We will answer this email indicating the shipping details to make the return. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You, as a user and buyer, will have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without reason within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
